We only use personal data collected during account creation for user identification and access control to the Lunex platform.
We do not use tracking cookies for analytics. We use only essential session cookies required for the site to function.
Access logs are retained for 3 days for quality control and maintenance purposes.
All project data is stored on MongoDB Atlas servers located in Frankfurt, Germany. This data is used exclusively for Lunex services and is never shared with third parties, unless you opt in to the AI Assistant feature.

When you close your account, all associated data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
If you enable the AI Assistant, we use Google Gemini to analyze your project data and provide intelligent suggestions. To deliver this functionality, relevant portions of your project data are sent to the Gemini API.
While Google in its Terms of Use and DPA states that no data is used for training or improvements of their service, Lunex does not have direct control or visibility into this. Review the terms and conditions linked below and only opt in to AI tools if you are comfortable with this.
